I always go to concerts with a fellow shortie so we can take turns sitting on each others' shoulders. No biggee.

Ditto NBA players. Roughly 690,000 American men in their 20s are taller than 6'2" but only 11,000 are taller than 6'5". Owners realized years ago they could reduce players' bargaining power by capping their height, lowering the nets and using shorter referees. The avg fan is 5'9" and couldn't tell.
