Both announcements use the correct title of “Department of Defense”, not the made-up name “Department of War”.

And it’s pretty weird that of the two legal ways to remove him from office before the end of his term (impeachment and the 25th Amendment), there’s progress being made on neither of them.

That might be fun, sure. But just because she brought the cases doesn’t mean she’ll run them—they can bring in other (competent) lawyers to do that, if they can find any who will.
But we want the cases dismissed. The Comey case could not be brought again because the statute of limitations has run.
