This is the kind of excessive force case DOJ routinely prosecutes. They should open an investigation here, based on the misconduct not the victims status.

This is a huge deal. We should be addressing our structural deficits.
Update: Treasury rates continue rising up, up, and away. These rates alone could add $500 billion more to annual interest costs within a decade (relative to the CBO baseline of 3.6% govt interest rates).
