It’s been a few months since I last talked about my weight etc. So far I’ve lost 22kg so far since April 1st! 🥇
There’s been some plateaus and you always have the challenges, but I’ve enjoyed what will likely be how I eat for the rest of my life 😂

Last day of mental health leave before I head back to work. It's been really nice being able to get distance and realised what I actually wanted to do.
