After 10 amazing years, today is my last day at theScore esports.
It's been an amazing ride, and I'm so grateful for the career I've had and the people I've met.

Interesting take. In the communities ofgames that I play that sort of straddle this line, I've seen the tension between people who are there to optimize literally everything and those who view the game as a kind of emergent experience that tells its own story.
My hot (?) take on all this is that games are (for many people) not really about embodying a power fantasy — they’re about reading guides.
