Thought I should probably post something in case anyone happens by due to a response I’ve made. I don’t post often; mostly read. I am absolutely loving BSky. Just being able to both block and follow easily with lists makes this place infinitely more enjoyable to peruse than the dying place.

It's all so insane I don't expect it to even get this far, they're doing a performative sham 'investigation.' But I think Kelly would have a decent as-applied challenge that it's unconstitutional for 688 to be used by the administration to create a disqualification for a sitting member of Congress.
