Jersey Devil - Like a horse but bipedal so I think it falls over like a horse but instead of like thumping into the ground since it's bipedal I think it goes spinning into the tree line and it'd make a really satisfying thump since it has some weight to it

Chupacabra - Probably doesn't even damage your engine too much, it's so spindly I think it just gets fully run over and makes weird/funny Chupacabra sounds. loses points cause you don't get to see it after you hit it

Rods - They definitely just splat like an insect on my wind shield and you don't even get to see it before it hits cause they're invisible to the naked eye while in motion. Gross, I'd have to clean that shit up
