Gilnor's soul. He was responsible for Gilnor's resurrection, and the celestial 'mark' (the stars) in his eyes. Gilnor knew he was not going to be a 'child of none' - he knew his God was this one.

He wasn't supposed to remember it when he revived, but he does. And now his prayers go to Ouraian.

her old place was snug for two, and for three it was bordering on uncomfortable. So moving home was next on the agenda. A bigger cottage and a bit more farmland so Halla could go back to her roots!

Again, I didn't have anything written to match the art for today's #bg3ocweek prompt... BUT I did write a little thing about Gilnor's WoW self (a dragon) having a custom dagger commissioned to be a gift for Halla where he asks her to be his consort (mate).

Gilnoruil’s breath snagged in his throat. Nestled on a bed of a deep purple velvet was the dagger he had designed and commissioned. The scabbard was black leather, tooled to look like a dragon’s scales. Or more specifically, Gilnor’s own. A dragon’s scale pattern and ‘arrangement’ - for want of a better way to put it - was unique to every wyrm. Therefore, when Gilnor had asked for the scabbard to be patterned in this way, the smith had offered to make a mould from Gilnor’s own skin. The hilt was silver, with a stylised wing shape making up the crosspiece, the membranes of which were stunning teal-blue gems that matched the colour of his own wing membranes and tail fins. The pommel was a simple teardrop shape of the same stone. He almost didn’t want to touch it. But touch it he did, reverently lifting the dagger out of its protective shell so he could slide the scabbard down to look at the blade. It was elegant and curved, and bore a special inscription down the centre, carved from a message hand-written by Gilnor. It had been replicated so perfectly, it was like he’d just picked up a quill and written it straight on there himself. Yet in reverse you are all my symmetry. Gilnoruil let out a long, mildly shaky exhale. He didn’t know why seeing his creation come to life was making his fingers tremble, or why his normal confidence suddenly felt further out of reach than usual.

She chuckled at him again, warm and friendly. She made the same motion again, and this time, it urged him to take the offered instrument. "I don't think I've ever seen you so speechless before," she said. "I hope that doesn't mean you hate it…"

Gilnor has two styles - braided and ponytail. He wears the ponytail for bed or when he's feeling lazy / rushed, but prefers the braids for *lore reasons*.

He only wears it loose to shower, because it gets in his face.

In the AU, he has short hair!

For Halla, not especially in canon. She's a 'get up, run a brush through, done' kinda gal (like me lol). She will put it in a ponytail though if she's working the farm or doing something else where it might get in the way.

The laughter quietened down, and Halla leaned a bit across the table. Her smile became distinctly more playful as she slid her hand over to hold onto the tiefling’s. He was mildly distracted for a second at the way she presented her upper body, with her tunic bowing a little at the v-shaped neck, drawing his eyes towards her chest. Just as she intended, by that smile. “Well then if it is my fault, I’ll have to make it up to you, won’t I?” she purred, rubbing her fingertips over the back of his hand. Gilnor’s eyes flicked back up to hers and he smirked. “Yes. You will.” Their flirtation was interrupted by a barmaid drifting past to offer them refills, which Halla gladly took. Gilnor put his free hand over the top of his mug and shook his head, but as the young lady spied the couple’s joined ones, she tried to hide the sinking of her smile. She trundled off again, and Halla raised an eyebrow. “What? I have had my fill for tonight. A shame she seemed bothered by that.” He said. Halla tilted her head.
