Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair (2006):
Was this incredibly long? Not really, surprisingly (to me anyway). I thought it went by rather fast. Would I spend that much time in a theater again? No way lol.
But this was absolutely worth it and I think this is now one of my new favorite films.

Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair (2006):
Was this incredibly long? Not really, surprisingly (to me anyway). I thought it went by rather fast. Would I spend that much time in a theater again? No way lol.
But this was absolutely worth it and I think this is now one of my new favorite films.

I think this might singlehandedly be one of the best and most human performances of Brendan Fraser's entire career. I cannot begin to overexaggerate how beautiful this movie really is. Check this one out if you can. I think this deserves at least a Best Actor Oscar.

Rental Family (2025):

I wasn’t even planning on seeing this in the first place, but this was definitely one of the biggest surprises of the year.
If you liked the first film, I think you’ll really enjoy this one. The action in this movie really ramps up and even gets comedic at times.

Now I'm sorta wishing I had seen this when it first came out in theaters. It's short, but the action scenes make this such an enjoyable bloodbath.
Even though Jorma Tommila's charcter almost never talks throughout this movie, his performance is easily the best.

While I didn’t think this was a bad continuation of this adaptation, I do think the darker direction this took doesn’t exactly help this movie in every aspect.
Honestly, I think part one is slightly better. If this is your cup of tea, then by all means don’t sweat it.

The Running Man (2025):
While I don’t think this is the absolute best movie that Edgar Wright has ever directed, I still thought this was a very fun and intense ride.

A few months ago they thought it would be a good idea to sell themselves out and launch an AI based division.
I've never forgiven them since and I refuse to watch a majority, if not all of their movies going forward. How the mighty indie has fallen. It's a travesty.

While I definitely think this movie’s weird, at least it has a coherent story unlike director Yorgos Lanthimos’ previous movie (which I absolutely hated).
Emma Stone and Jesse Plemmons’ performances are probably the best ones. Yorgos definitely deserves that directing break.

I’ve never seen any of the other movies in this series before, but it’s very clear that only a man like Dan Trachtenberg can make a movie centered around a hero Predator work perfectly.
