Revisiting Van Halen's A Different Kind of Truth from 2012. Bit of a forgotten album. As Wolfgang Van Halen's solo career keeps growing I wonder if this album will be reconsidered - it was his debut.

Watching @metallica.com's Cunning Stunts concert film from the Load era. First time viewing, I'm not sure a metal band has ever had the amount of swagger Metallica had in the mid to late 90s. Comfortably the biggest band on Earth and they absolutely know it.

Tonight's concert. Blaze Bayley celebrates 30 years of The X Factor, the first of two albums he did as vocalist for Iron Maiden. 10 shows, 10 countries, 10 cities. He's doing a 2.5 hour mega set and this is the hometown(ish) show. Very excited. #Metalsky
