P.S. ... But you will probably recognize a fair dose of me in Pete, and maybe even Bobby. I'm not sure about that.

Just looked through what I sent. I realized the parts I put off writing were all the tragic part. I can tell you what happens though, in some detail. Fiction writing is weird. The attachment to characters, maybe for the resemblances to people I have known. Your eyes are unclouded by that. Thanks.

On screenplay possibilities, however remote, keep in mind that the movie Elmer Gantry doesn't even use the first half of the book. And most of the theological elements are very sketching in the movie. I think the agents hated the theological aspect of mine. They may be right as the story goes.

She and the little people just left a bit ago, so all quiet now.

Sent. Did you get it?

About to email it. My daughter was in town, so I haven't refreshed my memory on what exactly I'm sending. Agents had different suggestions that had me moving some chapters around, so some may have left some out of place. The conclusion was the last thing I wrote. It may or may not work ultimately.

Killarney is the home of my ancestors, between there and Limerick.

Say Medicare for All, or you aren't saying anything.

I can email it. I have a Substack subscriber email address for you. I assume it is where my articles are sent. Should I use that?

Here's the latest on Dylan from Rolling Stone.

I found the manuscript including the last chapter. I also found some segments of missing chapters, but the manuscript is the finished part (244 pages). Do you want to read it?

Affordability issues are not new, and neither are the solutions. The Democratic Party establishment needs to get real. Obamacare sure as hell ain't Shangri-La

Anyone have a guess on why Democratic Party leadership has not long since unified around Medicare for All?

Looks lovely there..., and warm.

Most agents only sign writers who already have "platforms." I think the story would make for a good screenplay. Same subject matter as Elmer Gantry except my " evangelist Bobby Sterling" is a true teacher among false ones. The opposite of the Elmer Gantry story.

Love your faith in me. I wrote a novel all but where I kill off the main character, but the NYC lit agents didn't bite. A couple flirted. Three different openings and stuff in the trash as a result. Might have been cultural. Set in a church environment. Maybe I should dig that back up instead.
