This is one of those stories where you think surely this is a nuanced take & Ofwat is more than a paper tiger 😜. But no. All true & I'm also listening to the report on the radio. Thames Water and Welsh Water fined £1 each for billing errors & lying about sewage discharge. This is a failing system.

Reader's Digest published some interesting books in the 1970s and this much sought for book is amongst the best. Comprehensive, with a list of eminent contributors from academia, folklore societies and museums. And now you can get the t-shirt.

If you see the book in a charity shop, buy it.
