If you want something 3D Modeled for 3D Printing, now would be a REALLY good time to ask.
Lease renegotiation went bad, Rent went up 20% and it ate up a huge chunk of my Spine Injection Treatment funds.
Landlords, amirite?
Gotta scrape for the next 40ish days. Huge bummer.
