Is it normal for the state party to send a mailer on behalf of the county party? Got this today paid for by the state committee with Essex Dem endorsed candidates… which means the state is paying for a Mikie mailer.

I just read Barbarians at the Gate and in the 1980s when New York was objectively dumpier and crime ridden, it was where everyone wanted to be. Springsteen said the attached passage about Rock and Roll, but sub in New York and it holds up.

the ZBA is fundamentally giving special carve outs! And changing zoning on religious land is specifically NOT a special carve out given that it would be consistent across town!

I have reason to believe they'll may also want some easing of the quiet zone restrictions before agreeing to increased service. This was in response to a letter a Montclair Councilor sent regarding increased service back in 2023?

It may just be me, but maybe upping clearance rates will do more to protect people than sowing fear that being proud of their kid is going to end with them being burgled.
