Even as a paid GM, I'd still rather have three good games than six bad ones.
The bad ones will drain, drag, and fall apart quickly. The good ones will be fun, consistent, and last forever. Plus, y'know, not ruining something that's also a great hobby.

Dispatch is a helluva...show? I don't think it felt like a game to me, though I can see how it might to some. Either way, it's an amazing experience that I can't recommend highly enough.

A player recently left one of my paid campaigns. On the way out they shared plenty of criticisms.
They thought having megavillain bosses that couldn't be soloed was bullying, skipping roleplay for the whole party was A-OK, and 23 AC should be enough to rarely get hit in Tier 4.

My three year old giggles uncontrollably while calling out "poop truck!" every time she sees one of these on the road.

After subjecting a dozen characters to frequent saves to avoid Eldritch Contamination for a year, one of them finally failed four saves in a row and turned into an eldritch monster.
He made the ridiculously difficult save to keep his mind, though, so...now he's just playing a skeleboi.
