However bad it is for me though, her pain was at an 8-10 since 2am and that is so long to be in so much pain. And that's an 8-10 for a person with multiple chronic pain disorders.

I wish there was a version of staging that didn't require you to make it look like you have zero belongings or personality, but it's what works. Unfortunately, organizing things for both our types of ADHD means a lot of stuff needs to be visible.
