My grandmother always told me when I'm having a bad time to sing my favorite songs loudly in a hot shower or bath until the hot water runs out, then lotion your entire body, put on something comfortable and you will feel a gazillion times better. It's never failed me😊Sending you big hugs my friend💜

Like going to the thrift store and plundering for an hour or even taking the time to sit outside and just be for 15 minutes. It doesn't have to be some grand thing or anything that costs money. It could be as simple as painting your toes a color you've always wanted to try.

I completely understand where you are coming from. You absolutely have to put all that time and energy that you've poured into your family over the years, into you. Fill you with the things that make you smile. Once a week, do something you've wanted to do but always make an excuse.
