Slowly improving my sourdough. Finally got good oven spring and I like the density of the crumb, just wish the loaf were a little bigger/taller. Not sure if I could get there by letting it rise more or if I should just increase the size of the recipe by 25-50%

Spoke to my source familiar with internal workings at Mastercard. The holiday call campaign re payment processor censorship is working, there is a lot of pressure being felt from your calls. This is resulting in increased response times at a core moment for Mastercard due to the holiday season

okay I did the thing. Raising Down Payment Money for a car so I can do more work when my one job stops paying and hopefully stop having to ask for money because I'll be able to work enough jobs to make ends meet.
