On this day 30 years ago, one of the greatest platformers ever made was released in Japan. A game that I can always revist and enjoy, be it in a casual or speedrun sense. I look forward to every return to Crocodile Isle.

I got all the base game S Ranks in CrossWorlds. That was quite a challenge!
I'll take care of Minecraft World later on, but I'm pretty sure that isn't needed for the special challenge once I unlock those.

Finally got around to getting that Nintendo Store app. Much of my most-played games doesn't shock me, but I am really surprised I put that much time in Splatoon 2.
I didn't even come close to that amount of time with the other games in the series.

It has been a long road on this farm in Stardew Valley, but I finally achieved Perfection for the first time. Quite a journey, but a fun one all the same.

With all the Shadow the Hedgehog I've been playing lately, I may have to revisit my ranking of 3D Sonic levels (or at least just Shadow levels).

By no means clean and it can be definitely be improved by quite a bit (really got sloppy toward the end), but taking the top spot on the RA leaderboard for this is still pretty sweet.
Kinda feels like I'm entering a speedrunning arc with this game, even it's just brief...

You ever seen an Egg Blimp go down in 21 seconds (allegedly)?
Don't know why I got hooked on trying to speedrun the Iron Jungle Hero mission.
It genuinely takes longer to do this than doing the intended strat, but it's just funny to see the game say I completed it this fast lol

The air is turning cooler. The oppressive heat starts to wane. My favorite season is approaching. Hopefully, it sticks around and we can properly enjoy it this year.

RetroAchievements Mastery #10. At last, I finally 101%'d DKC for the first time while doing so. Like DKC2, a nice mixture of straightforward and level-specific challenges that make for a pretty fun set.
Guess I should go to DKC3 and complete the trilogy now, eh?
