Spicy tomato jhol momo for dinner. Contains dried red kashmiri chillies, local green chillies and black pepper.

I added a little rice and ghee to mine
A plate of spicy tomato jhol (orange color) with a little rice in the middle and 3 steamed momo balanced on the side of the dish. Garnished with chopped coriander. You can also see a chopping board with more chopped coriander on it,and a knife with a green handle, in the background. A white Cup of iced cold coffee made by my husband with a lot of ice cubes, that I have taken out of the cup and put in one of the compartments of the steel plate. You can still see a single ice cube floating in the coffee.

Probably the best momo I have made till now. Glad I reworked the recipe. This is YUM!
