Went down a rabbit hole re: Jeff Turner, the only NBA player from Maine before Cooper Flagg. Turner’s Wiki includes a scandal from a guy named Ronnie Craven who impersonated Turner to have sex with women, and who achieved unprecedented levels of honestly with the reporter who called him out.

I keep my Maine state list on an official @MaineAudubon checklist in addition to eBird. I have just two unfilled boxes after seeing a Gray-cheeked Thrush on Saturday: Great Gray Owl and Sedge Wren (dipped on both several times).
