By over-valuation I mean, if you were in charge of AMC and you looked at them and their roster, what would you pay?
Is your answer zero? Because that would be mine also. So even if it's nothing in AEW/WWE's ballpark and certainly not real sports - I still think it's pretty impressive.

Not to just dump all over what is a big deal for them and seemed completely unattainable a few years ago; but can't help but wonder how much of a factor WWE was in this deal. How much Nick Khanism was at play. How many favours were called in. The money they get might help you guess that answer.
