It was at an all time low a few years ago. I didn’t feel attractive or confident. I was depressed but being nude made me appreciate what I have and what I can change

I’m starting to realize that. I just started weight lifting cause I’m really out of shade. Nudism has helped me with my confidence but it showed me I haven’t been taking care of myself. I want to be healthier and stronger.
