game works again after a few reinstalls and repairs, looks like it was some faulty cc :/ now to get reshade working again

yes some of it was ps2 graphics jank but imo it works in it's favor. it really adds an otherwordly effect, and i hope that if its ever remade they work hard to keep that dreamy effect

hw is just right up my alley and stb has many flaws but i overall liked its themes
