I'm currently working on some other projects that are moving substantially slower, because I plan to release them all at once. a couple short stories and a novella, they've taken much longer to progress as far

I'd say the average norainu chapter takes about six to twelve hours of work from start to finish, though some like makima's finale or ch 14 took substantially longer due to complexity, subject matter, format, etc. on a good day I can write about 1k wph.

as soon as I finish a draft I jump straight into editing. sometimes I'll take a break or hit a roadblock, but typically the rewriting process takes about as long as the writing process, and as soon as the chapter is done (typically within 6-12 hours of drafting) it goes up.

yeah, it being a thought-terminating cliche is spot-on for a lot of people. "this is bad, only bad people do this, so when our people do it, they're not bad or they didn't do it or <insert thought termination>"

loathsome "D-pad", felt light and fragile, and the gyro aiming was dog because pulling the trigger itself made the aim wiggle, so the act of shooting in any FPS made me miss. it spent most of its life as a glorified handheld wireless mouse

idk, i kinda hated the first gen steam controller. but it feels like everything from the index and onward has been great, i'm looking forward to trying this new controller too

it's a gaming pc running steamOS, kinda like the steam machine they tried back in 2017. but newer and hopefully better
