As long as the bigots and assholes see him in power as free license to be bigots and assholes without consequences, they won't only 'not turn on him', they'll hold down girls on Epstein Island for him.

Either unaltered or a good CRT filter. Scanlines make it look like the TV is dying, and filter algorithms rarely get it 'right' in terms of the artist's intent [knowing the'd go through a CRT].
But never a bad CRT filter either, it's more than just tessellated ovals covering every 3rd/4th pixel...

My one question would be "Is the message in universally-accepted-as-bad taste [like say being really edgy about promoting 'here's how to accurately model a gas chamber down to the fingernail scratches]", or is the owner trying to weaponize their position to promote their bigotry?
