I bought two tickets to the concert I’m going to tomorrow cuz I was gonna take my brother but he can’t go and my sister isn’t interested and I don’t have anyone else to ask and it’s not sold out so I don’t think I can sell it and idk what to do cuz I don’t want it going to waste

Finished my book and realized my mom gave me the wrong next book and I didn’t notice before I packed it so I just gotta stare at the wall the next two and a half hours😭

If I had a nickel for every time a substitute principal came to my class to ask me if I’m related to someone with my last name they’d worked with while mispronouncing the heck out of my name repeatedly, I’d have two nickels, which isn’t a lot but it’s WEIRD that it’s happened twice now

Just had a kid come in to let me know the teacher doesn’t use lights in this class and they just use the light from outside. What is up with teachers these days messing with kids’ eyesights??? This can’t be healthy

First hour prep which is the worst but it’s a makeup day so hopefully it’ll be easy. And if not, it’s the school I know all the kids names so I can write them down🤗

Apparently schools are closed today for Election Day cuz some schools are voting centers. Would’ve been nice if they told us that😐

Make sure y’all check if you have an election today and if you do, vote! We’ve but a mileage but there’s plenty of local government positions up for grabs and those can be just as important if not more so than state/federal positions (especially if you live in NYC! Good luck today!)
