😬 Kremlin: The new U.S. security strategy is “largely aligned” with Russia’s vision.

This comes to show that the Russian population is just completely decimated from the war, I'll be surprised if Russia as a state will survive by 2050. Plus I hardly doubt the Indian migrants workers will only be use as for "labor".
Russia is prepared to take in millions of labour migrants from India [to replace the male population wiped out in the “SVO”], according to First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov following the Russia–India summit in New Delhi. He said the country is ready to accept an unlimited number of...

Birthright citizenship is probably not integral to liberal democracy, but it is integral to *American* liberal democracy. Our vision of what we are as a country, as a nation beyond an ethnicity, requires it.

If the Court arbitrarily strikes down this key part of the fourteenth amendment, I think Americans lose any moral obligation to show any allegiance to the laws enforced by a fundamentally lawless regime

This is no accident, which is why guys like Miller make a point of referring to “descendants” of illegal immigrants, not just children. The idea is that everyone’s citizenship is provisional until the minute your local ICE agent decides otherwise.
No "birthright citizenship" means nobody can prove they are a citizen. If you have any immigrant ancestor and you cannot prove lawful status at that time, even if it was 1830, you citizenship is in doubt.
Take this as far back as you like. The maximal consequence is that everyone must show a chain of citizenship or lawful permanent residency at time of birth for every ancestor to the point of immigration.

23 people have died in ICE custody.

A Chinese immigrant named Chaofeng Ge was found hanging with his arms & legs tied behind his back.

Randall Esquivel was deported in a vegetative state & died soon after.

People are being tortured, neglected & disabled.

Abolish ICE & close the camps.

Being “less judgmental” for the last FIFTY YEARS is why we’re here and this goddamned American Starmer wants us to keep trying at it to see if it somehow goes differently when he tries
California Governor Gavin Newsom said on Thursday that the Democratic Party needed to be “more culturally normal” and “less judgmental.”

Birthright citizenship is like one of the only unequivocally modern elements of the American constitutional order and should be protected at, literally, all costs.

There’s something telling about the people they ask about these that I’d like to get into as a soft break from my usual fire and brimstone

The thing about the New York Times is that their job, as they see it, is not to normalize Trump himself but the people who found themselves expressed in him
American society is so cooked.

people died for birthright citizenship. i get that it’s more fun to be a pundit when your team has the white house and you get to brag to friends about visiting the oval office; but what i’m wondering is if maybe that’s actually not a good reason to throw away something we fought a civil war to win?

The right loves talking about “the violent left” but I think it’s worth interrogating how right- and left-wing political violence diverge to create the specific strategic vision the right has
This, FWIW, is why I think the killing of Charlie Kirk shocked them so much. Besides how he was just them (ie guy mugging at a camera all day), it put into really stark relief that left-wingers can use violence too (“the enemy gets a vote”), which they’d never really engaged with
by which I mean in Point B, the right has always convinced themselves that if political violence came to america it would be entirely on their terms and go 1000% their way, and kirk getting shot was a major "oh fuck, the enemy gets a vote too" moment for the GOP that they don't know what to do about

I’ve said for a while that one of the loadbearing myths in right wing American politics is that, if they wanted to, they could just kill all the liberals. “We’re the only ones with the guns! Don’t piss us off!!!” and whenever they run into evidence contrary it TERRIFIES them
that's cool, man, but have you tried the taste of a refreshing matcha latte

It's really simple- ramp uo sanctions on russia, use secondary sanctions, and continue arming Ukraine with long-range weaponry. This isn't a matter of ability, but will.

Right now the only thing that the M7 has an advantage over the M4 is armor penetration. But like Ian Mccollum said in his video, if a company over in Sweden is able to make a modified 5.56 round to do exactly that, then it would defeat the purpose of why M7 should exist the first place
the actual milheads in the audience can correct me if i'm wrong, but it really does feel like the M7 project is a result of terminal GWOT brain. like ian says, if some guy opens up on you from 800m, the answer isn't the M7, the answer is combined arms
