Snow day on a bus with a book and a cat: Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine. It’s just the book I needed this week. I got it in a free library box this summer, and it wasn’t moldy at all.

Subminimum wage is a Depression-era program that allows employers to pay disabled workers far less than minimum wage. Thirteen U.S. states & D.C. have already eliminated it entirely. Now the Federal government wants to end the practice on a national level:
