So instead of their plan to put down grass sod (why grass and not trees and native plant species I don’t know) they’re now starting to rip out the old pavement. It seems like an odd time to pick this project up again after leaving it that way all year. The other side is also a mess.

No they came back in the spring and removed a bunch of invasive multi flora that was getting out of control beside the trail and found an old road or driveway underneath it.
