Yes and yes, everyday 💦 Shoes/Socks/Buttoned Pants are a work out if I have to do it alone so I always ask. I can get up and down all right but depending on the position it's easier (and funnier) to ask for help with that too cause my boy has a hard time pulling me up lol it's practiceee ☺️
