In a lot of ways, it feels like the LLM "Jailbreaking" subdomain is replaying a lot of the same beats that the "adversarial examples" subdomain ran through about 8 years ago. Similar back-and-forth, similar explosion of techniques with ineffective defenses, similar lack of consistent impact.

Bluesky is based on a federation architecture where we can host our own personal data servers (PDS). If someone tried to take over the company all we would have to do is point the top level node back at the original PDS systems. Open source code here: github.com/bluesky-soci...
