I have my worries about Prime 4 but I'm still excited to play it tomorrow night. It's just so strange to see this game almost here with very little fanfare. Nintendo has barely done any marketing and general discourse surrounding it has been mixed after the previews.

I think a game with Bayonetta hunched over that tiny scooter would sell ten million copies in a day, but SEGA are cowards.

The LA Natural History Museum has an animated T. rex screen in the main hall that is clearly just the model from JWE2 with ugly feathers added on top. I didn't capture video, but it even does the exact same animations from JWE2. I think it may be related to the stupid Samsung Gemini AI crap.

I had 4 front teeth extracted in March 2023, because my mouth was so crowded they couldn't possibly fix it without making room. The extraction was fine, but the pain days afterwards was awful because dry sockets formed. Went back in and they fixed me up.
Anyway, here's the before and after.

I agree, Sonic games usually have quite cheap presentation especially in the spin-offs, but at least Transformed was a fun game, too. Visually I'd say it still looks better than TSR and Crossworlds, with much less random noise and distractions, and more vibrant colours.

In a situation like this, how is a player supposed to react? Maybe by shield-bashing away if there's an enemy nearby?
Because otherwise, there's just way too many projectiles at once which would break the shield immediately when blocked, leaving me defenceless. This also happens a lot.

Replaying DOOM: The Dark Ages on Nightmare with adjusted sliders to make it harder. The game is more fun like this, but it's also revealing the majority of my deaths to be from stuff I can't even see.

Replaying DOOM: The Dark Ages on Nightmare with adjusted sliders to make it harder. The game is more fun like this, but it's also revealing the majority of my deaths to be from stuff I can't even see.

Interested to learn more about game prices, tariffs and tax stuff because big prices aren't new for Australia.
Even when our dollar was good, I remember 60 USD games going for 90-100+ AUD since like, 2009. But 60 USD = 80 USD. I'd need to look into it more.
Switch 2 games are 110-120 AUD now.

Great news - it's no longer a cyclone! Brisbane has been spared from the dangerous winds but is still expected to get a lot of rain. I don't want to speak too soon but I think everything is going to be fine for us now.
Just hope it's safe to get groceries again soon so we can get back to normal.
