I'd categorize Talisker as more peaty than smoky, and Lagavulin as *very* smoky. Think: liquid campfire😮

Lovely! 😋 My fave Scotch is Talisker, with Lagavulin second (mostly because I think of Lagavulin for colder weather than we usually have here). Most ppl I know put the Macallan at the top of the list, but I've been a Talisker girl since the moment I first got a whiff of it!😋

💯 Yeah, all it takes to make a boardgamer a friend is to hold up a cardboard box (or send a BGA invite)😆 Walk up to another boardgamer and say "meeple" and presto! A friend for life🤣 I'm tempted to say "boardgamers are easy" but that might be misconstrued🤣🤣🤣

The Ponsonbys are a good family! Strangely, though, I don't win as often with them🤷♀️ My husband likes playing Asquith: he loves having that extra family card!
