There's a ton of modifications Boeing needs to make to these commercial 747s. It was a really terrible deal Trump made during his first term. At this point the AF should be looking at a 777 or even an A350

There are a couple things that concern me about passing this CR. The first is giving up Congress's power when it comes to tariffs. The second is Trump has already said he's going to impound some of the funds in the CR. So regardless if the CR passes he's still gonna do what he wants
