Oh interesting. I suppose that's an interesting way to go about showing how shitty it is.

On the other hand, it's very use in a classroom (even to show how bad it is) also legitimizes it as a tool worthy of attention.

I'm already feeling a little bit burnt out after 2 years of teaching those same three classes 10 times a year.

I also want to develop classes that would sound (and would be) fun for students outside of run-of-the-mill introductory classes.

I should also qualify this with the dialectical opposite—I also have some Gen-Z students who are smarter at 19 years old than some of the people who received PhDs in my graduate program.
