I have recently had very good experiences with using AI as a research assistant, and it has greatly increased my productivity. That said, I bring source materials (references and my theories and arguments) and interrogate the AI to strengthen the theories, but even then you need to be careful.

I am really happy for you. As a father of a trans man, I can tell you that coming out transformed my son into a social butterfly, and now I no longer have to worry about him harming himself (he never threatened to; that was just my worry). He is 25, but he came out as a freshman in college.

From what I can tell, the so-called "male loneliness epidemic" is not organic, it is targeted. We have older men isolating adolescent males in online communities, then feeding them a steady diet of misogyny that radicalizes the now lost boys into incels and groypers.

Blue Owl has a fund called ORENT. It is REIT that typically provides liquidity to blue chip customers by buying their commercial property and then leasing back the property to the former owner. What they're doing with Meta seems similar, but the building does not exist yet.
