I'm just so tired of burying children. My own, others. I cannot fathom how it still hurts like it was yesterday but here we are 20 years later & every deceased kid is like reliving my own child's death. Only worse, because unlike the freshly grieving parents, I know there is no end to this sadness.

So many dead kids rolling around and clawing at my soul this month. Real life isn't just arguing about politics on the internet and making fun of the mango mistake or Canada's tiny terror wannabes. It's measuring coffins and finding housing for aging loved ones and wondering how to pay for it all.

In my rural area, jr high games are assigned by proximity, unlike senior high sports, we play schools near us, regardless of school size. Meaning we often play MIXED teams bc small rural schools don't have enough kids to support an entire team of one gender. This policy protects NO ONE, & harms all.
