We as a country will save nothing. Federal employee salaries make up just 4% of the budget—roughly $271 billion. So even if every federal worker were fired, that’s the maximum you’d save. Meanwhile, the U.S. House GOP has released a budget that raises the debt limit by $4 trillion.

DEI goals alone can be less important than leadership competencies focused on inclusion and culture. They may not be abandoning the work, just refocusing their work. 🤷🏽‍♀️
