To further clarify: these moral majority movements figured out that you don't have to convince the American public, you only have to convince the heads of a few companies. Corporations are cowardly by nature and will fuck others and THEMSELVES over without hesitation.
Its tiring to see people not acknowledge the bigger picture when things like this happen. This is the same theocratic moral majority movement that has been steaming along since the late 70s. They NEVER stopped. They just needed to find a new angle. And boy fucking howdy did they find it.
