I feel like the worst tints (especially front/windshield) are is mostly done aftermarket -- not that that changes your point.

I feel this is a significant contributor as well. Are you or anyone aware of study linking the tinting to this trend? (saying no/silent is fine -- not expecting anyone to rush off and do research!)

Ha! just commented about heated dry before seeing this. So much residual heat that all it takes is is the make sure there are no “puddles” and it is fully dry about 10 min after cycle complete (sans heated dry that is)

Related: Wish dishwashers were required to NOT activate heated dry by default. So unnecessary. We have to remember to turn heat dry off every single time we use it. Sensible defaults are key!
