I have exchanged 3 separate devices because I thought I somehow had a lemon. Apparently, I just have too much hair (super fine, but a lot of it), so a brand new air wrap overheats when I’m only halfway done with my hair. It sucks waiting 20 mins for it to agree to turn on again. 🤷🏻♀️
