A smol tutorial for this look!! I mostly blend the lineart + flat color layer and paint on it! ^^)/
1. you do a rough sketch, no need to erase anything! 2. you use the blur resource to make it completely blurry! 3. Then you do a very rough color field for the sketch 4. blur it with a blur pencil and you're done!
