It bears repeating, as Ana does here, that video game stores banning HORSES was a *policy* decision, not a legal one. There's nothing in HORSES that hasn't been depicted in books, plays, or movies, so why the big fuss about this game?

The issue isn't that this game was denied on Steam, the issue is that Steam has such incredible dominance over the market - a de facto monopoly - that not releasing on Steam is essentially a death sentence for the game. The real story is that Steam is too powerful, not that Steam opted not to carry this particular title.
