i haven't smoked in about two weeks and the withdrawals are mainly psychological at this point raaahh

im also worried my doubts about wanting a relationship are partially influenced by my addiction. like if i just break up i can smoke no problem

yeah i definitely have yo bring it up bc she hates kissing me when ive smoked
so either we don't kiss (which would also work for me bc my adhd meds remove all my libido and desire for intimacy LMAO)
or i could only do it when im home, ans always eat chewing gum n stuff

but also don't wanna choose her or cigarettes?
i hate being addicted but i love smoking and making my own choices.

like lowkey it feels like something was taken away from me
