That's when I start the "inking" / cleaning up process. Maybe I should do a more detailed sketch in between the rough sketch phase and the inking, but lately I got lazy and I go straight to the final look.

Then it's sketching time! I usually do like a fast blocking dirty sketch to try and get the character sizes, poses and basically all elements I want in the image. Then I start to add a little detail.
