I appreciate that. Believe me, I have been warning others about this for nine years. In college I lived with a couple in Strasbourg who were 16/17 at the start of WWII. My stepfather also spent two years fighting in Italy and southern France. I am well aware of what is coming.

Hey, You don’t know anything about me. I said I would start by doing that.And what good is a strike by a retired grandma? FYI in 2018 we flipped our congressional district blue. It took hundreds of people two years and we unseated a Republican who held that seat for 20 yrs. Spare me the lecture.

I don’t know- I’ll start the day by cancelling my Hulu as many have done. I knew this was coming nine years ago. I will protest too. But I am also working on a plan to leave.

I guess I hadn’t really noticed him that much until the past few weeks. But the 7/4 posts just hit a wrong note with me. When it comes down to it he is just sitting around on the computer all day. How is that really doing anything helpful? What a pompous jerk.

Oh thank you for telling me this. The whole thing made me feel so icky. He did the very thing to me that he accused me of doing. I think I touched a nerve even though my comment seemed innocuous. I will block him now.

He really unleashed on me the other day when I disagreed with a July 4 post. Other people disagreed but he picked me for an 8 part diatribe. Just me, a random internet mom. Kind of gives me the ick.

People can feel whatever they wish. We don’t need you to tell us what emotions to have. We are grieving many things here and we can do that for one day and then get back to fighting. I had respected you and valued your opinion up til today but suddenly you’re being unreasonable.
