That's quite a contrast with your own charity although obviously there's going to be some HT salaries in the MAT one.

In answer to Pam's question the information is publicly available. See below. As a trustee for almost 20 years I struggle with this list. Head teachers deserve decent pay for sure, but what's going on with all those £200k plus executive roles?

Apparently they were putting pumpkins in the food bank deliveries today along with a soup recipe which I think is a great idea. We've still got one more giant pumpkin to get through having eaten one and gifted another to preschool. Definitely growing these again next year! #allotment

The kid has asked for a blender and one of my pumpkins for a birthday present to make veggie soups. Happy to oblige because there's only so much pumpkin you can eat! 😂🌱

Apologies for bringing a twitter screenshot over here but I felt it was important for people to see how completely out of touch the DfE currently is. Sub Trumpian nonsense and an insult to all the educators doing the work, quite frankly.

At preschool today one of our practitioners had made a painted 'bonfire' in a tuff tray for the children to put out with water sprayers. It was such a lovely example of creativity + building grip strength through #play! One of the parents is a fire fighter so it made the play very personal too. ☺️

I've had a busy half term because we're recruiting at preschool and I've got lots of CPD bookings to prepare for but I did plant garlic and onions on the #allotment so I'm counting that as a win. And just look at the broccoli I harvested! ☺️🌱

I cut some asters to go in the lovely Portuguese vase my kid got me for my birthday. I love this shade of purple! I grew these from seed last year which is surprisingly easy.
