I have an appointment to get diagnosed with gender dysphoria this morning. the imposter syndrome is now veeery real and i’m extremely anxious. I will watch um actually and draw martin blackwood for comfort methinks

watercolour is so fun until you have to wait for it to dry and you’re sure it’s dry and then suddenly you put some colour down and it spreads all over the place and you don’t know WHYYYYY

i’ve found some opportunities tutoring and had some close friends reach out to offer financial support, but i’ve rejected them for now. i’ve paid for my diagnosis session in full and i’m waiting for payday. because i’m now an adult my pay has risen so hopefully that means im more comfortable :3

considering opening commissions to fund my transition. the finances of it all are really stressing me out and based on how this weekend goes I may have to quit my job. would people be willing to help me out? my art style isn’t the best by any means but my realistic portraiture is strong I think

nobody from my dnd group follows me here so it’s safe to tell you all the cool idea I had. all knowledge gets written down in big books, if a book is destroyed then the knowledge disappears. that said, I will be encouraging them all to keep rigorous diaries and dream journals for their characters :3
