Reminds me of my first attempts. Some tips I appreciated:
- Cover your bamboo roll in plastic wrap. You can close a broken roll or keep things clean
- have a small water bowl to rinse your fingers and wet them to handle sticky rice
- You should always use a clean sharp knife to cut your sushi.
